WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The accurate weighing and dispensing of materials based on the BOM is the core of any pharmaceutical manufacturing and as dispensing involves a lot of paperwork and different weigh balances, it is prone to human transcriptional error. Accurate data collection and doing “right first time” is fundamental to batch tracking and documentation. With its “easy to use” way, Laurel MES solution guides the user through the dispensing process and provides support for compliance with safety regulations and recipes. Laurel MES supports manual as well as automated dispensing operations and facilitates human error free, accurate and convenient process with just a few clicks.
The Laurel-WMS has been created so that not only the Batch record but also the activities around it are made digital for Pure paperless operations. The system provides you the capabilities of creating digital dispensing request (based on the recipe) and integrates the weighing & dispensing team to issue the right material to right person in right quantity. The system also maintains the stocks and has all the mapping in-built. For customers already using an ERP it integrates with that and exchanges work-order and stock information from/to ERP giving a seamless experience. Even the equipment logs are integrated with the interface so that all the maintenance and calibration activities can be managed from the same interface and users prevent the mistake of using a non-compliant equipment. All the alerts and instructions are delivered to the users automatically. Laurel WMS helps in real time tracking of Area and equipment and helps in maintaining logs for the operational and non-operational usage of area and equipment.

EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT AND LOG BOOKS
Laurel MES plant maintenance module administers and monitors status and availability for all types of production and packaging related objects ranging from simple tools to heavy equipment. Laurel MES helps in real time tracking of Area and equipment and helps in maintaining logs for the operational and non-operational usage of area and equipment. With its in-built maintenance and calibration schedule planner, it helps in scheduling and maintenance of task alerts and exercising calibration controls.
eBMR
Efficient and compliant electronic batch record is the most important objective of adopting an electronic Manufacturing Execution System for the pharmaceutical companies. Laurel –eBMR facilitates recording all Batch records electronically and the processes and results are captured in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

RECIPE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Laurel MES allows configuring master recipe formula for any product and batching size. With its easy interface customers can easily set up and maintain standard libraries with reusable master data blocks to create master recipe formula. Laurel MES MRF simplifies workflows and approval cycles and thereby drastically reduces associated documentation work. Master recipe formulas can be defined with an entry level person with minimal training.
The Laurel-RMS comes enabled with the checks and balances of keeping the company’s IP in control. The approval process is very stringent; as it allows access to the knowledge only to authorised personnel for a limited period of time. This one has a unique capability of cloning the recipes for new products; hence it saves weeks of time for adding new products.
