Must be very strong in project management, team management, client management and the entire PDLC management. A person with clear communication and strong design documentation is required. Experience of architecting a software product is a requirement; as we want them to handle complete design / development of a product.
Expert in design and implementation of complete end to end solution on Java / Spring / JSF / JS Frameworks. Should have good knowledge of at least one standard development tool. A self-starter, quality-oriented, delivery focused and deadline driven. Good knowledge of Oracle or MySQL Server database will be an added advantage to candidate.
