Expert Java Software Design and Development Principal Lead.
Design and implement complete end to end solution on Java/Spring/JSF/JS Frameworks.
Define architecture, develop solution and implement the same in coordination with team members.
Mentoring project team members on good programming practices.
Provide technical solution to complex business problems.
Work closely with SQA team to ensure compliance for all applicable processes
Provide leadership with respect to making technology choices.
Requirements
MCA or BE (Computer Sc.) from a reputed college.
8 – 12 years of IT industry experience.
3 or more years of product development leadership.
Should have Strong technology exposure on Java/Spring/JSF/Some JS frameworks
Should have a strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle with various methodologies.
Expert in Design and implementation of complete end to end solution on Java/Spring/JSF/JS Frameworks
Must have communication skills including presentation, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Ability to influence project stakeholders.
Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be strong in project documentations."
